About this Course

This course outlines the importance of health and safety in the workplace and the responsibilities of employees working in low or medium risk environments. It covers information about legislative requirements, assessment of risks and hazards, and implementation of safety measures in the workplace.

This course is CPD accredited and entitles you to 9 CPD points. It covers the 9 key modules required to achieve a Level 2 Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) Health and Safety qualification.

This course is designed to introduce health and safety in the workplace for those working within a low or medium risk environment. It can be used to train new staff or as part of the on-programme element of the new apprenticeship standards.
